　　通过对当前投资评级最高的股票进行统计分析，当前投资评级最高的是长园集团(600525)，综合评级系数1.33。当前投资评级排名前20名股票的行业分布比较分散，主要集中在电力设备、药品批发与零售、软件等行业。电力设备行业近年来处于持续的高景气周期中，下游需求旺盛。行业内上市公司整体业绩确定，2009年基本还有比较稳定的增长。现就电力设备行业做简要分析。 　　财报数据显示，电力设备行业2008年及2009Q1业绩非常亮眼。尤其在宏观经济不景气的1季度，行业整体收入仍保持了23.9%的增长，营业利润和净利润也分别有10.5%、7.6%的增长。具体而言，行业内表现较好的是水电、风电、输变电等子行业，收入、盈利仍延续了较高速度的增长；火电子行业业绩受到冲击明显，其中2008年下降幅度达到77.8%；电缆子行业波动幅度也较大，主要是受铜价波动的影响。 　　国信证券表示，从2008年及2009Q1的毛利率、净利率、ROE来看，输变电子行业表现最为稳定，毛利率持续小幅上升，表明电网投资带来的行业高景气下公司盈利能力在增强；水电子行业毛利率基本维持在高位，子行业仍然具有长期投资价值；风电子行业尽管毛利率水平较高，但波动幅度较大，表明行业内的竞争格局还在演变；火电子行业毛利率下滑则在预料之中。 　　日前(5月21日)召开的2009年特高压输电技术国际会议上，国家电网有关人士透露，国家电网在2020年之前将在特高压输电建设方面投入超过6000亿元，这超过原来规划的额度的近50%。原规划为到2020年，我国特高压电网基本建成，输送电量将达到2亿千瓦以上，占全国装机总容量的25%，两大电网公司在特高压电网上的投入约4060亿元，其中交流为2560亿元，直流为1500亿元。 　　山西证券认为，国家电网对特高压输电方面的投入超规划将给国内特高压设备制造商带来更大的发展机遇。我国特高压技术主要集中在几大龙头企业手中，特高压设备领域为寡头竞争格局，主要产品包括变压器、换流阀、开关、控制保护、成套设计等等，他们建议投资者关注特变电工(31.67,0.86,2.79%)(600089)、天威保变(39.68,-0.10,-0.25%)(600550)、许继电气(15.54,0.14,0.91%)(000400)、平高电气(16.70,0.09,0.54%)(600312)、国电南瑞(600406)等。 　　东方证券指出，从估值角度来看，发电设备行业15倍、输变电设备行业20倍的PE水平是基本合理的，但近期A股市场估值水平的提升，把很多增长不确定性行业的估值水平也提高到20倍的时候，电力设备行业的相对估值优势又体现出来。原因很简单，当投资者面对不确定性的20倍PE和确定性的20倍PE，毫无疑问会选择确定性的。 　　国信证券给予行业“推荐”的投资评级不变。对行业整体的判断，他们认为，输变电一、二次设备、水电设备景气度仍将高位维持；风电、光伏发电产业当前或者即将进行行业内部整合阶段，龙头企业值得关注；火电设备行业面临需求下滑风险，但其价值应长远考量。
